Reflective Practice

& CLINICAL SUPERVISION

Reflective Practice

Reflective Practice

We have been offering high quality facilitation of reflective practice groups since 2008, drawing on expert knowledge of psychological theories and techniques along with front-line experience of working with individuals with complex needs, in order to enable participants to enhance and improve their practice and manage the emotional demands associated with the work, increasing skill and resilience.

A resilient and engaged team is good for client care and productivity. The positive links between resilience, engagement and productivity are well documented; engaged staff deliver better client experience, fewer errors, demonstrate higher morale and motivation, have lower absenteeism, and experience less stress.

Clinical Supervision

Clinical Supervision

Clinical Supervision offers the opportunity to integrate a psychological understanding of individuals and systems with the teams we work with.

The sessions will include discussion of the stages of intervention, i.e. assessment, formulation, intervention, and evaluation; techniques for intervention; process issues, e.g. rapport and transference; theory and practical skills; ethical and professional issues and risk management.
